Privacy Policy

Chem-Dry Canada Ltd., (CDC) and the Chem-Dry Corporate Services Division (CDCS) are committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, employees and franchisees and the confidentiality of their personal information obtained through and for business purposes.

In order to assist us in protecting the information (this includes all details voluntary given received in written or verbal communications) given to us in trust and to responsibly manage that information we have developed this Privacy Policy.

Included as part of this policy, based on the ten principles of the Privacy legislation, are CDC’s Employee and Non-Employee Privacy Principles. These have been designed to assist us in fairly and effectively managing personal information with regard to collection use, disclosure, retention, accuracy and security.

In that regard all of our employees who handle personal information are required to comply with the following policy and principles as outlined in this manual.
