Chem-Dry is partnered with a number of warranty providers throughout Canada, offering our “one-stop-shop” service to each of them.

On average, one in ten warranties are claimed. Traditionally, warranty companies have had to simply pay out claims or replace damaged items, which is a costly way to satisfy customers.

But what if, on the majority of those “replacement” jobs, we could instead clean and restore the item, in the customer’s home? * In just this way, Chem-Dry has proudly been saving our warranty partners money since 1998!

For some of our clients, we are their service centre. Our staff, using the correct company name, answers the toll-free national warranty claim line, and we process the claim in their behalf. Could it be any simpler?
